Repair Services: We offer a variety of repair services to keep your bike in top condition. These services include, but are not limited to, tune-ups, brake adjustments, tire changes, and chain replacements. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that your bike is beyond repair or unsafe to work on.

Estimates: Before we begin any repairs, our technician will provide you with an estimate of the cost and time required to complete the work. This estimate is based on the information you provide and our assessment of the repairs needed. We reserve the right to adjust the estimate if we encounter unexpected issues during the repair process.

Payment: Payment for repair services is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Warranty: We stand behind our work and offer a 30-day warranty on all repair services. If you experience any issues with your bike within 30 days of the repair, please let us know by emailing us at service@spokebikerepair.com and we'll make it right.

Liability: We take great care when working on your bike, but we can't be held responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during or after the repair process. By bringing your bike to us for repair, you agree to release us from any liability for such damage or injury.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
