Do You Have a Service Minimum?

Yes, we have a $140 service minimum.

What Types of Bikes Do You Work On?

We work on most bikes, but we do not repair recumbent, tandem, or tri-bikes that cannot be clamped into a standard repair stand.

Do Tune-ups Include Flat Tire Repair?

Yes, all our Tune-up Packages cover the labor for a flat tire repair, but parts costs are extra. Additional fees may apply for other services.

Do I Need a Garage for You to Work In?

No garage needed! Our mobile bike van comes fully equipped to handle services and repairs right at your location.

Do You Offer Pick-up/Drop-off Services?

Pick-up/drop-off repairs are typically completed in 24-48 hours year-round, depending on the complexity of the repair.

Do You Carry Bike Parts?

We work with top manufacturers like SRAM, Shimano, absoluteBlack, DT Swiss, and Industry 9 and more. If we don’t have a part in stock, we can usually get it within 3 business days.

Do You Build Bikes?

Yes, we offer new bike assembly and custom high-performance builds tailored for race-level precision.

Do You Offer Emergency Roadside Repairs?

Currently, we offer appointment-based services only and do not provide emergency roadside repairs or pick-ups.
